I've run Avast and Norton without any luck, and the virus has locked me out of system restore, task manager, and command prompts.... I had no idea about what should I do and SpyZooka was my last chance. Thank god it helped me. now my computer is like new. However, anytime I try to delete it it says that the program is "active' and then won't let me delete it. I tried to pull up my task manager to stop the program from running, but the clever jerk-off program disabled my task manager. That wasn't a problem for SpyZooka, because it removed it in a few seconds. I really appreciate your help.
