Like other rogue antispyware programs, AdwareSpy is promoted through the use of Trojan horses that secretly download and install the program. Finally, delete these directories:

<$PROGRAMFILES>\AdwareSpy\Media
Though this will effectively remove AdwareSpy, you will still have to deal with all the other Trojans, adware, spyware, and other malware.
