Ejik.er is an adware program that downloads files and displays them as advertisements on your computer. It will use the system resources on your computer, as well as eat up the bandwidth on your Internet connection. So if you like to use your system resources and Internet speed to pay for the privilege of looking at annoying pop-up advertisements, you’ve hit the jackpot!
You can use the “Add/Remove Programs” function in your Windows control panel to remove Ejik.er. However, it is one of the sneakier adware programs in that it assigns random names to many of its executable files.
This means that even after you go through a standard removal procedure, Ejik.er may reinstall itself back onto your computer. Going through your folders and manually deleting the files takes a great deal of time and is not likely to be successful when files are hidden like this.
