OKToolbar is a spyware program that was first discovered on April 6 of 2006.  It disguises itself as a browser enhancing toolbar, but causes more harm and irritation than good to your browsing experience.

For one thing, OKToolbar is a Browser Hijacker.  It redirects your searches and resets your home page.  It also monitors your browsing habits by keystroke logging and monitor snapshots.  It uploads this data to a remote server to process user specific advertising.  It also displays pop-ups.

It can also download files from its servers.  It updates automatically without your consent, and may download other malware programs to further infect your computer.

In the end, having OKToolbar is not worth the risk to your computer.  You should remove it with SpyZooka.
