This is a ruse to convince the user to purchase the product as a solution to the problem, which probably does not exist. Spy-Rid is not capable of scanning your computer, so it cannot detect or remove anything at all. Hackers design these programs in an effort to steal your money. Spy-Rid may affect the performance of your operating system, causing it to become slow. It may also collect private information about you.
