TrustFighter is a rogue security program designed to convince the user that threats and parasites exist on their PC.  TrustFighter displays aggressive security alerts and fake system notifications to lure the user into believing that spyware exists.  This is an effort to get the user to pay for the full product in order to remove these threats, although it is incapable of doing so.  TrustFighter often installs without your knowledge when you visit malicious websites, such as sites that offer free online videos of popular television shows.  TrustFighter is malware, and may track your online interests and private information in order to transmit this data to remote servers.  Additional spyware may also be installed; your PC may become slow or unstable.
